Prestigious Nannies is a Premier Nanny Agency Serving Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati, Southeastern Indiana. Founded by Molly Kitchen and Shelby Ward.
Molly and Shelby have both always known that they wanted to do something to make a difference in children’s lives no matter what that setting looked like. After years of helping both their friends find the perfect family to nanny for as well as helping families find their perfect nanny they decided to make it official and launch Prestigious Nannies in 2020. Childcare is such an important job and they enjoy taking on the responsibility for the tiny lives of the future.
Co Founder Molly Kitchen is a graduate from Thomas More College with a degree in Educational Studies. Throughout her time there she worked as a preschool teacher at Walnut Hills Academy with children ages 15 months - 4 years old. After graduating from college she worked in a public school setting where she assisted children with learning disabilities. She has always had a huge passion for caring for children which she learned at a very young age and grew that passion all throughout high school, college, and beyond as a babysitter and now full time nanny.
Co Founder Shelby Ward is a graduate from Thomas More College with a degree in Educational Studies with a minor in Psychology. During her time there Shelby was a member of the Thomas More Women’s Basketball Team for four years and worked many youth camps to help young players develop their basketball skills. When Shelby had off time from classes and basketball she devoted her time to summer nannying and evening babysitting. While attending high school at Batesville High School in Batesville, Indiana she worked many babysitting jobs, taught swimming lessons, and worked in a local daycare. She has a huge passion for helping children as well as helping families fulfill their childcare needs. Shelby is a mom to a sweet little boy!
