Our Six Point Screening Process
Basic Screening Questionnaire.
We use this as an opportunity to make sure the prospective nannies are a good fit for our company. We are able to review their resume and learn about their childcare history and quailfications.
Background Check.
We do an in depth background check on all of our candidates before bringing them onto our team. We prioritize the safety and well being of your family and make sure we have the best nannies for the job.
Phone Interview.
We take this time to learn a little more about the candidates and what they are looking for in a position. This allows us to get a feel of what type of family they may be looking for and if they will match well any current positions.
CPR Certification.
All candidates must have an up to date CPR certification prior to joining our team. We keep all certifications on record to ensure they are all valid and current.
Social Media Screening.
Here we are looking for any red flags and just overall basic screening to ensure they are equipped to work in childcare.
Reference Check.
This is the last step in the screening process for our candidates. We ask that they provide three references from families they have provided care for. We reach out to each of them to ensure they provided top notch care while employed in their home.
